Question: How do I use my Passport Membership?

DINE Discounts: Your Passport Membership provides savings at a selection of prestigious restaurants. Before you use your membership, visit our website or mobile app to find a list of participating locations in your area.

When using your Passport membership at participating restaurants simply include it with your method of payment (plastic cards) or write the provided redemption code and card number on your receipt (digital cards) and your discount will be discreetly deducted from your bill.

Please tip 18-20% on your total bill, before any deductions are made. In select areas, some restaurants may automatically include an 18% gratuity on your bill. These restaurants are denoted with an icon in the upper-right portion of their listing.

Instructions by Offer Type

  • New offers

    • These are dining offers new to Passport in the last 30 days
  • Upscale

    • These restaurants offer either:
      • A complimentary entrée with the purchase of another entrée (can be used with other Passport offers) A minimum of one adult entrée per person in the party must be ordered. An appetizer is considered an entrée only if an entrée is purchased by the party. Entrées may not be split. If a party of four or more is present with two Passport Cards, the two lowest priced entrées in the party are compliments of the restaurant. This includes when separate checks are issued. or
      • 20% off the total guest check up to $100. Maximum of ONE card per party. Excludes Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on their listing.
  • Casual/Family Friendly

    • These restaurants offer either:
      • A complimentary entrée with the purchase of another entrée (can be used with other Passport offers) A minimum of one adult entrée per person in the party must be ordered. An appetizer is considered an entrée only if an entrée is purchased by the party. Entrées may not be split. If a party of four or more is present with two Passport Cards, the two lowest priced entrées in the party are compliments of the restaurant. This includes when separate checks are issued. or
      • 20% off the total guest check up to $100. Maximum of ONE card per party. Excludes Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on their listing.
  • Quick Serve

    • These restaurants offer either:
      • 20% off the total guest check or
      • Complimentary item when another item of equal or lesser value is purchased. Check individual listings for specific restaurant offers.
  • Coffee/Desserts

    • 20% off coffee, tea and dessert menu items. This offer can be used with other Passport offers that the restaurant honors. Check individual listings for specific restaurant offers.
  • Happy Hour

    These restaurants offer either:
    • 20% off the Happy Hour Menu. Or
    • Complimentary Happy Hour item when another Happy Hour item of equal or lesser value is purchased.

  • To Go

    • 20% off the total guest check. Automatic gratuity does not apply but we encourage appropriate tipping. Delivery

SHOP & TRAVEL Discounts: When using your membership at a participating local business, present your Passport membership before completing your transaction. If you have a plastic membership, present your card at the point-of-sale. If you have a digital membership, find the business in your app and click “Use my Card”. This will launch your digital membership to show at the point-of-sale.

For online or e-commerce discounts, visit the Passport website or mobile app and find the discount you would like to use. Click on a link to the businesses’ website and offer instructions will be presented to you in an overlay over the vendors' website. Some vendors require that you enter a membership code during checkout; others apply the discount automatically. Simply follow the instructions shown for savings!

Question: How many times will my membership be honored?

You can use your membership again and again at your favorite DINE & SHOP locations.

For DINE discounts, reference the website or mobile app to determine which meals the restaurant serves. Passport memberships are not accepted on major holidays, or any day a specific restaurant terms a holiday (St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day etc.) If you have questions regarding a restaurant’s interpretation of a holiday, please call ahead.

For SHOP discounts, reference each business' individual listing for specific offer restrictions.

Question: How do I know where my membership will be honored?

Passport offers a number of options to find participating restaurants and merchants who will accept your card:

The Passport Dining website. Log into www.passportdining.com using your card number and email address to find participating locations. The Passport Mobile smartphone application. Available for Android and iOS devices. Search the App Store or Google Play for 'Passport Mobile' to download and install.

Question: How do DINE offers work?

A restaurant's primary offer is detailed on their listing.

Some restaurants may offer additional special offers beyond the standard offer. These offers are detailed in each restaurant's listing. Some restaurants may automatically include an 18% gratuity on your bill at the end of your meal. If a restaurant includes the 18% gratuity, it will be noted in their listing.

Question: What is your refund policy?

Passport Unlimited memberships are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Misuse of the card will result in cancellation of the card number and the card will not be honored.

Question: How will I know when changes occur to the list of participating restaurants and merchants?

Visit the website or mobile application frequently for the most current and up-to-date selection of participating locations.

You may also elect to receive our email updates, which provides important member information, including location changes, news and other helpful membership tips. Visit the My Profile section on the website to update your profile to update your preferences to receive these communications.

Question: How will I know when changes occur to the list of participating restaurants?

Visit the website or mobile application frequently for the most current and up-to-date selection of participating restaurants.

You may also elect to receive our monthly E-newsletter, which provides important member information, including restaurant changes, restaurant news and other helpful membership tips. Visit the My Profile section on the website to update your profile to receive these communications.

Question: How can I update my information if I've moved or any of my personal information changes?

Your personal information is available for update in your membership profile. To update your profile, log into the Passport Unlimited web site using your card number and email address. From the menu in the upper right, select My Profile. Here you can update your information to ensure you continue to receive updates and other communications.

Question: What types of memberships are available?

Passport memberships are valid in all areas, at all participating restaurants.

All Passport memberships now receive Shop and Travel benefits in addition to Passport Dining savings. These discounts are ideal for members interested in extending their savings into all areas of their daily lives - including travel, shopping, and professional services!

Passport Regional Memberships are valid in a specific area only; a subset of the full Passport Dining restaurant list. Regional memberships are only available in select markets.

Digital Membership: Access our complete collection of Dine, Shop and Travel offers right on your smartphone device and redeem using a digital membership card.

Plastic Membership: Access our complete collection of Dine, Shop and Travel offers right on our website or mobile app and redeem using a plastic membership card.

Question: I've lost my plastic card; what is the replacement policy?

Your first lost card will be replaced for a $25.00 fee. Subsequent lost cards will be replaced at full price. Passport memberships may not be resold for any reason.

Question: I have a new smartphone. How do I transfer my digital card to my new device?

It’s easy to transfer your digital card. Simply download the Passport mobile app on your new device and log on with your credentials. Your membership will be automatically transferred from your old device.

Question: What are my responsibilities as a Passport member?

In order to maintain and expand our selection of restaurants, we ask that you recognize your wait staff’s service by tipping 18-20% on your total bill, before any deductions are made. In some areas, an automatic 18% gratuity will be included on your bill.

We will bring your feedback to the restaurant management to ensure your concerns are heard, while maintaining a positive reputation for the program within the local restaurant community.

Question: I’d like to give the gift of a Passport membership to a friend or colleague. Is there an easy way for me to give a membership as a gift?

If you would like to purchase a Passport membership as a gift, please visit our website and select “Buy a Gift” from the drop down menu in the upper right. If you would like assistance with your gift purchase please call our Member Relations Team at 800-535-8502.

Question: I purchased a number of Passport memberships to give as gifts. I’d like to give a membership now - what steps do I follow to gift the card?

To assign a gift from your inventory, log in to the Passport website and click on “Manage My GIfts” in the toolbar on the left side of the page. If you would like assistance with your gift assignment please call our Member Relations Team at 800-535-8502.

Question: I purchased Passport memberships to give as gifts. I’ve used up all my gifts. How can I buy additional gifts?

To purchase additional gifts, log on to the Passport website and click on “Manage My Gifts” in the toolbar. Click the “Refill” button on the right-hand side of the page to add additional membership units to your inventory.
